Right of withdrawal

Digital services are delivered immediately. This page explains what that means for a right of withdrawal.

Immediate performance

The services sold here begin as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within minutes. Before you pay, you confirm that you want delivery to start immediately and that you therefore waive a right of withdrawal for it.

Before delivery has started

As long as delivery has not started, an order can still be cancelled. Write to the email address in the imprint with your order reference, and we refund the amount to the card it was paid with.

After delivery has started

Once delivery has started it cannot be undone: a delivered follower or view cannot be taken back. A withdrawal is therefore no longer possible for the part already delivered.

This does not affect your other rights

If an order is not delivered as agreed, your rights under the terms and under applicable law remain untouched. Write to us with the order reference and we settle it.
