Terms and conditions

These terms govern every order placed through followers.agency between you and the operator named in the imprint.

How an order comes about

You choose a service, a quantity and the profile or post it is for, and you pay. The contract comes about when the payment is confirmed. Until then nothing is ordered and nothing is charged.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in Iraqi dinar. The amount shown on the checkout screen is the amount charged.

Payment is by card through the payment gateway. Delivery begins after the payment is confirmed, never before.

Delivery

Delivery usually begins within a few minutes and is completed within twenty-four hours at the latest. Stated times are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

The profile or post you order for must be public and reachable until delivery is complete. A private, deleted or renamed target makes delivery impossible, and an order that fails for that reason cannot be refunded.

We never ask for your password and never gain access to your account.

What we cannot promise

The platforms change their rules and their filtering without notice. Numbers can drop again afterwards, and a platform may act against an account for reasons that have nothing to do with us.

We deliver the quantity ordered. We do not promise that it will stay, that it will produce reach, or that any particular business result follows from it.

Complaints

If an order is not delivered as agreed, write to the email address in the imprint with your order reference. We look into it and, where the fault is ours, deliver again or refund.

Applicable law

The law of the operator's registered seat applies. Where mandatory consumer law of your country of residence grants you more, that law prevails.
