This policy explains what data we process when you use followers.agency, why we process it, who receives it and what rights you have.

Who is responsible

The operator named in the imprint decides how and why data on this website is processed. Any question about your data is answered at the email address given there.

What we process when you order

An order needs the link you ordered for, the service and quantity you chose, the amount, the payment reference and, if you enter one, your email address for the confirmation.

We keep this record for as long as the order and any complaint about it can still be settled, and for as long as tax or commercial law requires it to be kept.

Card details

Card details are entered at the payment gateway and never reach our servers. We receive from the gateway only whether a payment succeeded and the reference under which it was booked.

Who receives your data

Nass Merchant Payment Gateway processes the payment and receives the amount, the currency and the order reference.

follower.kaufen delivers the order and receives the link, the service, the quantity and, if you entered one, your email address for the confirmation.

scraper-api.com reads the public profile or post you enter, so the shop can show you what it found and suggest matching services.

IPQualityScore checks the reputation of the IP address a request comes from, to keep automated abuse away from the paid lookups.

Cloudflare provides the security check that separates people from bots before a lookup is billed.

Server logs

Our host records the usual technical details of every request: IP address, time, the page requested, browser and operating system. They exist to keep the site running and secure, and are not used to identify you.

Cookies

Technically necessary cookies store your cookie decision and your chosen language. They cannot be switched off, because the site cannot work without them.

Optional cookies for anonymous audience measurement (Google Analytics, Mouseflow) are only set after you accept them, and you can change that decision at any time through the cookie settings in the footer.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted as long as no legal retention period stands against it. You can withdraw consent to optional cookies at any time, with effect for the future.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy whenever the shop changes in a way that affects your data, for example when a new processor is added. The date above always states the current version.
